Other Events.

On November 13, 2023, Kimco Realty Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors had declared a special dividend of $0.09 per share of common stock, payable in cash on December 21, 2023, to stockholders of record on December 7, 2023.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
