Conor C. Flynn
Chief Executive Officer
Conor Flynn was named Chief Executive Officer of Kimco Realty and appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors in January 2016. Mr. Flynn joined Kimco in 2003 as an asset manager and has held a variety of senior leadership roles within the Company, including that of President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Investment Officer and President, Western Region.
Mr. Flynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Yale University and a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He is a member of the Executive Board of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Nareit), and in 2025 served as their Chair. Mr. Flynn is a member and board member of the Real Estate Roundtable (RER). In November 2025, he was appointed as an independent director to the Board of AvalonBay Communities, Inc (AVB). He is also a past trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Ross Cooper
President, Chief Investment Officer
Ross Cooper was elected President and Chief Investment Officer in February 2017, and elected to the Company’s Board of Directors in 2025. Prior to that, Mr. Cooper served as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer since May 2015. In his current role, Mr. Cooper works closely with the Company’s Investment Committee, risk team, and regional leadership in overseeing development and implementation of the Company’s acquisition and disposition strategy. Mr. Cooper is also a voting member of the Company’s Investment Committee, which approves all new investments, development projects and property dispositions. Mr. Cooper joined the Company in 2006, and he previously served as Vice President of Acquisitions, Dispositions and Asset Management for the Southern Region from 2012 to 2014 and as Senior Vice President from 2014 to 2015.
Ross Cooper holds a B.S. from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Real Estate from New York University.
Glenn G. Cohen
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Glenn G. Cohen was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company in June 2010. Mr. Cohen served as Treasurer of the Company from 1997-2024. Mr. Cohen is a voting member of the Company’s Investment Committee, which approves all new investments, development projects and property dispositions. Mr. Cohen directs the Company’s financial and capital strategy and oversees the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting and planning, tax, and capital market activities. In addition, Mr. Cohen is responsible for the information technology activities of the Company. Mr. Cohen is an Independent Director for Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: PDM), a real estate investment trust focused on the ownership and management of primarily Class A commercial office space. Mr. Cohen is Chairman of its Executive Compensation Committee and a member of its Audit Committee and Capital Committee. Mr. Cohen was an Independent Director for Quality Care Properties, Inc. (NYSE: QCP), one of the nation’s largest actively-managed real estate investment trusts, specializing in post acute/skilled nursing and managed care/assisted living properties. Mr. Cohen was a member of its Audit Committee. QCP was acquired by Welltower, Inc. (NYSE: WELL) in 2018
Prior to joining Kimco Realty Corporation in 1995 as Director of Accounting and Taxation, Mr. Cohen served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for U.S. Balloon Manufacturing Company, Chief Financial Officer for EMCO Sales and Service, L.P. and six years at the public accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand, LLP (predecessor to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP), where he served as a manager in the audit group. Mr. Cohen received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany in 1985 and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Cohen is a member of Nareit, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
David Jamieson
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
David Jamieson was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in February 2017 and appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors in January 2026. Prior to that Mr. Jamieson had served as Executive Vice President of Asset Management and Operations since 2015, where his role has been to identify, develop and implement opportunistic value creation strategies that optimize the Company’s portfolio performance, most notably by leading the Company’s redevelopment and emerging mixed-use platform. Mr. Jamieson is also a voting member of the Company’s Investment Committee, which approves all new investments, development projects and property dispositions. He is also instrumental in shaping the Company’s Corporate Responsibility strategy with a core focus on long-term sustainability objectives. Previously, he also served as Vice President of Asset Management and Leasing for the Western Region from 2012 to 2015 and as Director of Real Estate for the Western Region from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Jamieson holds a B.S. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Babson College.
Barbara E. Briamonte
Vice President, Legal
Barbara E. Briamonte joined Kimco Realty Corporation in October 1998 and is currently Vice President of Legal. As a member of the legal department Ms. Briamonte supervises the department’s corporate legal group, coordinates the Company’s small-shop lease program and serves as Regional General Counsel for the Eastern Region. Prior to joining Kimco, Ms. Briamonte was Assistant General Counsel to Corporate Property Investors. She also practiced law at the firm of Hofheimer Gartlir & Gross, LLP in New York City.
Ms. Briamonte holds a B.A. degree in economics from the University of Michigan. She received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
David F. Bujnicki
Senior Vice President, Investor Relations & Strategy
David F. Bujnicki, Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategy for Kimco Realty Corporation, joined the Company in 2003 as Manager of Accounting and Reporting, and served as Director of Corporate Finance, Planning, and Analysis. Most recently, he was Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Prior to joining Kimco, Mr. Bujnicki spent four years at KPMG, LLP, and five years at Suffolk County National Bank, working in the commercial loan and audit departments.
Mr. Bujnicki holds a B.A. in Finance and Economics from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and a Master's degree in Accounting from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York. He is a CPA and a member of Nareit, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
Tamara Chernomordik
Vice President, Corporate Responsibility
Tamara Chernomordik joined Kimco Realty in 2021 and currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Responsibility. Ms. Chernomordik is responsible for driving the Corporate Responsibility strategy for the organization. Additionally, Ms. Chernomordik leads Kimco’s cross-functional Corporate Responsibility Steering Committee. Prior to joining Kimco, Ms. Chernomordik held positions in the REIT, management consulting, and retail industries. She currently holds the position of Vice Chair of Real Estate Roundtable’s Sustainability Policy Advisory Committee, is a member of Nareit’s Real Estate Sustainability Council’s Leadership Committee, and is the Chair Emeritus of ICSC’s ESG Steering Committee.
Tamara has a master’s degree from the University of Colorado Denver in Civil Engineering with a focus on Sustainable Infrastructure and a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis with majors in Finance and International Business.
David Domb
Vice President, Research & Data Analytics
David Domb is Vice President of Research and Data Analytics. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company's efforts to gain valuable insights using internal and external data sources. By providing analysis, key performance indicators, benchmarks and data visualization he maximizes the use of data to support various teams within the company, enabling them to make data-driven and informed decisions. Mr. Domb is also a Director for Blue Ridge Real Estate Company. Mr. Domb joined Kimco in 2006 as an international financial analyst focusing on financial modeling and the evaluation of real estate funds. Prior to joining Kimco, Mr. Domb served as senior associate at a venture capital firm and as a financial analyst at Yellowstone Properties, an owner and manager of multi-family properties in NYC.
Mr. Domb has an undergraduate degree in law from the University of Basel in Switzerland, completed additional studies in law and economics, and is fluent in English, German and French. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the North American Research Task Force.
Paul C. Dooley
Vice President, Real Estate Tax and Insurance
Paul Dooley is Vice President of real estate tax and insurance. In this role, Mr. Dooley analyzes and authorizes the payment of local real estate taxes. He initiates and negotiates tax assessment appeals in jurisdictions throughout the country and heads the administration of the insurance program and serves as president of Kimco’s captive insurance company.
Prior to joining Kimco in 1997, Mr. Dooley worked in public sector administration and finance. Mr. Dooley holds a B.A. from St. Anselm College, a M.A. Degree from Syracuse University, Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Massachusetts.
Raymond Edwards
Executive Vice President, Retailer Services
Raymond Edwards joined Kimco Realty Corporation in 2001 and is currently Executive Vice President, Retailer Services. In that role Mr. Edwards focuses on strengthening Kimco’s relationship with its national retailers. Mr. Edwards is also a voting member of the Company’s Investment Committee which approves all new investments, development projects and property dispositions. He is also involved, with the Executive Chairman, in developing opportunities directly with real estate rich retailers by making investments, lending and providing strategic real estate solutions. Transactions include the Montgomery Ward designation rights to over 300 stores; conversion of Frank’s Nurseries from retail operation to a stand-alone real estate company; participation as part of the consortium that acquired the 650-store Albertson’s grocery chain in 2006, and in 2013, the 850-store Shaw’s, Acme, Jewel banners along with the balance of the Albertson stores not previously controlled. In 2015, Albertsons merged with Safeway to create the second largest grocery chain in the country with over 2,300 stores.
Mr. Edwards is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and New York State Bar, having received his J.D. from The Law School at St. John’s University.
Kraig Elliott
Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer
Kraig Elliott, Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer, joined Kimco in 1997. With over 25 years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity, Mr. Elliott is responsible for Kimco's information security strategy. His duties include managing security operations, overseeing risk management, developing best practices for digital security across the company, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Before his current role, he served as Vice President of Infrastructure & Security.
A graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Mr. Elliott holds a B.A in Economics. He also maintains several professional certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO).
Ken Fisher
Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
Ken Fisher joined Kimco Realty in March 2004 and currently serves as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Fisher’s responsibilities include leading the implementation of digital platforms and technologies to streamline business operations, improve collaboration and drive organizational efficiency. Mr. Fisher also oversees the execution of Kimco’s technology strategy, application development and enterprise deployment of systems. Prior to his current position, Mr. Fisher was Vice President, IT Operations. Before joining Kimco, Mr. Fisher was a Manager at Deloitte and a consultant at E&Y.
Mr. Fisher received a B.A. in Behavioral Biology from Johns Hopkins University and holds an M.B.A. and a Master of Health Science degree from the University of Florida.
Chris Freeman
Senior Vice President, Property Management
Chris Freeman, Senior Vice President of Property Management, is responsible for all aspects of field operations across Kimco’s national portfolio, including the development and implementation of national programs, standardization of operational policies, procedures, and best practices, and the direct oversight of the property management team. Mr. Freeman also oversees the physical and financial planning process for maintaining and upgrading Kimco’s national portfolio of properties. Mr. Freeman joined Kimco in 2001 as a Property manager and has held various leadership roles, including Regional Director. Prior to joining Kimco, Mr. Freeman worked in field and corporate operations for Benderson development and Advanced Facilities Services in Buffalo, NY.
Mr. Freeman holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Buffalo State College and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Marissa Garcia
Vice President, Investments
Marissa Garcia joined Kimco in 2005 in the institutional joint venture program, where she managed Kimco’s institutional joint venture real estate portfolios totaling more than $3 billion of assets under management. Today, she is responsible for structuring and asset management of the Structured Investment Program, alternative investments and sourcing secured financing.
Prior to joining Kimco, Ms. Garcia worked at General Electric focusing on client-centric supply chain strategy and sales. She is also a GE leadership program graduate.
Ms. Garcia received a B.S. degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management from Clarkson University.
Scott Gerber
Senior Vice President, Risk
Scott Gerber is Senior Vice President, Risk. Mr. Gerber is responsible for overseeing the financial underwriting and due diligence process for new acquisitions, Kimco’s structured investment program, periodic risk and underwriting reviews for development and redevelopment projects, and the management of risk assessment on key corporate strategies, and initiatives. Mr. Gerber also oversees environmental due diligence, investigation, and remediation projects throughout the country.
Previously, Mr. Gerber was Senior Real Estate Counsel and Regional General Counsel for Kimco's Northeast Region. In this capacity, he provided counsel to the region on business and strategy for existing assets, future acquisitions and development and redevelopment projects, handled all legal aspects of retail leasing, acquisitions, and sales for the company's U.S. portfolio, and was responsible for managing and overseeing the company's team of lawyers and paralegals.
Prior to joining Kimco in 1996, Mr. Gerber was an associate with a large Long Island commercial real estate firm. Mr. Gerber holds a B.A. degree in Communications and Business Administration from Muhlenberg College. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1993 and is a member of the New York State and American Bar Associations and is a licensed member of the New York and New Jersey Bars.
Geoffrey Glazer
Senior Vice President, National Development and Construction
Geoffrey Glazer joined Kimco Realty in 2004 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of National Development and Construction, overseeing master planning, mixed-use and retail redevelopments, and all construction activities across the Kimco portfolio.
Mr. Glazer has extensive experience in real estate development, construction, and architecture. Since 2015, he has led the repositioning of key retail assets into Class A mixed-use projects, directing more than $2.5 billion of investment. Mr. Glazer has driven the expansion of the company’s lifestyle and mixed-use portfolios by integrating entertainment, multifamily, hotel, and office uses into both new and existing assets. By the end of 2025, Kimco had more than 14,000 multi-family units entitled, operational, or under construction, reflecting the depth of this platform.
Before joining Kimco, Mr. Glazer was a partner at a mid-sized architectural firm in Baltimore, Maryland, specializing in retail, multifamily, and office projects. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati and has taught in the Real Estate Master’s programs at Columbia University and the University of Maryland at College Park.
Brett N. Klein
Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis
Brett Klein, Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, is responsible for Kimco’s strategic and operational financial planning. Mr. Klein manages the corporate financial model and has oversight for the company’s property level budgets and capital planning. Mr. Klein also administers the company’s budgeting and forecasting systems and processes along with the compilation of financial projections and operational metrics.
Mr. Klein joined Kimco in 2010 with over 10 years of prior experience in senior finance roles within the semiconductor manufacturing and mortgage industries. He received a B.S. degree in business economics from The State University of New York at Oneonta and holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Investments from Baruch College (City University of New York).
Leah Landro
Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Leah Landro, Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, joined Kimco in 2008. Ms. Landro has overall responsibility for the company’s human capital strategy and execution in support of the company’s short and longer-term business objectives including succession planning, talent acquisition and management, executive and staff compensation programs, employee benefit and wellness programs, organizational development and training, and human capital systems. A steward of company culture, Ms. Landro provides leadership over the company’s social and governance programs culminating in Kimco’s successive years of recognition as Great Place to Work Certified™, in addition to being recognized as a recipient of Best Workplaces in Real Estate™, Best Workplaces in New York™ and Best Workplaces for Millennials™. Prior to joining Kimco, Ms. Landro held top executive human resources positions at CMP Media LLC and Delta Financial Corporation.
Ms. Landro holds a B.S. degree in accounting from NYIT and an MBA from Long Island University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves on the Nareit Social Responsibility Council Executive Committee.
Jason Lee
Vice President, Legal
Jason Lee joined Kimco Realty Corporation in March 2012 and is currently Vice President of Legal. As a member of the legal department, Mr. Lee oversees the legal aspects of technology, cybersecurity, and privacy compliance for the Company, and also serves as the Regional General Counsel of the Western Region. Prior to joining Kimco, Mr. Lee practiced law at the firm of Gresham, Savage, Nolan and Tilden (now Fennemore).
Mr. Lee holds a B.A. degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles. He received his J.D. from the University of California Law, San Francisco.
Jennifer Maisch
Senior Vice President, Marketing & Retail Partnerships
Jennifer Maisch, Senior Vice President of Marketing & Retail Partnerships, leads the company’s marketing, branding, and public relations efforts. With a focus on developing data-driven marketing tactics that support leasing by driving deal flow and bottom-line results, she also oversees consumer-facing marketing strategies at the shopping center level.
In addition, Ms. Maisch oversees Specialty Leasing, which includes sponsorships, pop-up and temporary leasing, and other ancillary income opportunities, as well as the Portfolio Reviews team, which manages national tenant account relationships and facilitates leasing coordination across Kimco’s portfolio.
Ms. Maisch joined Kimco in 2011 as Marketing Project Manager, and most recently served as Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Communications. Prior to Kimco, she was responsible for marketing and leasing at a Long Island-based commercial real estate firm and worked in affordable housing finance for a tax credit syndicator.
Ms. Maisch holds an M.S. in Real Estate from New York University and a B.A. in English from Lehigh University. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves as Co-Chair of Nareit’s Communications Council for 2025.
Heather Medica
Vice President, Human Resources
Heather Medica, Vice President, Human Resources, joined the company in 2006. Leading a team of human resources business partners, Ms. Medica has oversight of talent management and strategic workforce planning. She is instrumental in shaping organizational culture by driving employee engagement, fostering diversity of thought, and aligning human resources initiatives with business goals and objectives. In addition, Ms. Medica oversees the company’s ancillary employee programs, wellness and employee recognition initiatives, employee training and development, and employee relations. Her passion and commitment to fostering a people-first culture is what drives her approach in leadership.
Ms. Medica holds a bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College and a master’s degree from St. John’s University. Prior to joining Kimco, Ms. Medica held a number of roles at St. John’s University.
Bruce M. Rubenstein
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Bruce Rubenstein joined Kimco Realty Corporation in March 1998 as a senior attorney, and currently serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Rubenstein is responsible for overseeing Kimco’s legal affairs, its in-house legal department and outside counsel. Prior to joining Kimco, Mr. Rubenstein served as General Counsel to AVR Realty Company, a diverse real estate company based in Yonkers, New York. He also practiced law at the law firms of Weinberg and Green in Baltimore, Maryland, Delson and Gordon and at Robinson, Silverman, Pearce, Aronsohn and Berman, both in New York City.
Mr. Rubenstein graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 1978 with a degree in Political Science. He received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law along with a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy school of Government, both in 1982. Mr. Rubenstein received an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 1998.
Wilbur Tom Simmons
President, Southern Region
Wilbur “Tom” Simmons joined Kimco Realty in October 2003 and currently serves as President of the Southern Region. Mr. Simmons is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive and strategic plan for the region’s portfolio, including asset management, leasing, property management, acquisitions and dispositions, development and redevelopment in the region’s portfolio, comprising over 35 million square feet in over 200 properties. Prior to his current role, Mr. Simmons had responsibility for Kimco’s Northeast and Mid-Atlantic portfolios and was the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development with Mid-Atlantic Realty Trust, where he was employed for over 12 years prior to joining Kimco.
Mr. Simmons holds a B.A. degree from Gettysburg College and a M.S. in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University.
Jonathon Siswick
Vice President, Lease Administration
Jonathon Siswick, Vice President of Lease Administration, joined Kimco in 2012. Mr. Siswick’s responsibilities include oversight of the company’s lease administration operations as well as related tenant management and communication. Prior to joining Kimco, Mr. Siswick was with General Growth Properties as Director of Operations Administration for their Asset Management national mall platform.
Holding an undergraduate degree in Accountancy Studies from the University of Huddersfield, England, Mr. Siswick has over 20 years of shopping center operations experience.
Will Teichman
Executive Vice President, Chief Innovation & Transformation Officer
Will Teichman was appointed EVP and Chief Innovation & Transformation Officer in October 2025. He leads Kimco’s Office of Innovation & Transformation, which focuses on driving strategic enterprise initiatives, harnessing the power of digital technologies and data, unlocking operating synergies and driving new avenues of growth. Previously, he led the company’s Strategic Operations function and was responsible for developing key functions including National Accounts, Ancillary Income, Leasing Operations, Marketing, and Corporate Responsibility.
Prior to joining Kimco in 2011, Mr. Teichman held positions in the retail and management consulting industries. He was a founding member of Target Corporation’s sustainability team, and of the consultancy Clear Carbon, which was acquired by Deloitte in 2010.
Mr. Teichman holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia, and a B.A. in Economics and Politics with a certificate in Environmental Studies from Washington and Lee University. He is an active member of ULI, ICSC and Nareit’s Real Estate Sustainability Council.
Kathleen Thayer
Senior Vice President and Treasurer, Corporate Accounting
Kathleen Thayer is Senior Vice President and Treasurer, Corporate Accounting of Kimco Realty Corporation. Ms. Thayer's responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day property accounting activities, the contract administration department, the accounts payable department, capital market activities and cash management, internal and external financial reporting and SEC compliance. Ms. Thayer joined Kimco in June 2006 as an Accounting Manager, and prior to her current role was Vice President of Corporate Accounting. Prior to joining Kimco, Ms. Thayer spent seven years at the public accounting firm BDO Seidman, LLP (predecessor to BDO USA, LLP), where she served as a Manager in the audit group.
Ms. Thayer is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.S. degree in Accounting from The State University of New York at Geneseo. Ms. Thayer is a member of Nareit, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
Joshua Weinkranz
President, Eastern Region
Joshua Weinkranz joined Kimco Realty in 1998 and currently serves as President of the Eastern Region. Mr. Weinkranz presently oversees a portfolio of more than 260 properties, consisting of about 46 million square feet located throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Midwest. In this position, Mr. Weinkranz is primarily responsible for the strategic planning and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan for the portfolio, comprising of asset management, leasing, property management, construction, redevelopment, acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Weinkranz has over 28 years of shopping center real estate experience. Prior to his current position, he served as Kimco’s Regional President of the Northern Region and Vice President of the company’s Northeast Region. He has also worked at Rosen Associates Management Corp. as its Director of Real Estate.
Mr. Weinkranz received a B.S. and a B.A. degree from Boston University and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Harvey G. Weinreb
Senior Vice President, Tax
Harvey G. Weinreb, Senior Vice President, Tax, is responsible for Kimco’s overall tax strategy, tax structuring and tax regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Kimco, Mr. Weinreb was a Senior Managing Director in the Real Estate Solutions practice of FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE), providing tax consulting and compliance services to public and private REITs and real estate opportunity funds. He also served as Education Leader for FTI’s real estate practice. Before joining FTI, Mr. Weinreb was a Principal in the real estate practice of the accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP, providing tax consulting and compliance services to publicly-traded REITs, private REITs, real partnerships and opportunity funds. Mr. Weinreb has spent more than 40 years in the real estate industry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Weinreb was a partner in a real estate investment firm and was Director of Taxation for Arlen Realty & Development Corporation (NYSE).
Mr. Weinreb earned an M.B.A. in Taxation and B.B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College (City University of New York). He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA, NYS Society of CPAs, Nareit and the Real Estate Roundtable.
Paul Westbrook
Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer
Paul Westbrook is Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Kimco Realty Corporation. Mr. Westbrook’s responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting and SEC compliance. Mr. Westbrook joined Kimco in October 2002 as Director of Accounting, and prior to his current role was Vice President of Financial Reporting. Prior to joining Kimco, Mr. Westbrook was with the public accounting firm of PWC where he served as a Senior Manager in the firm’s New York Real Estate Assurance Practice.
Mr. Westbrook is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.S. degree in Accounting from The State University of New York College at Old Westbury.
