When are dividends declared and paid?

All common stock dividends and dividends on Class L, Class M, and Class N preferred shares are declared at the discretion of the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis. Dividends on common shares are typically paid in March, June, September and December. Preferred dividends are paid on or about January 15th, April 15th, July 15th and October 15th.

How can I reinvest my dividends?

Kimco offers investors the opportunity to acquire more shares through its dividend reinvestment plan. See the plan details on this site for more details.

Can I purchase shares directly from Kimco?

A participant can purchase shares directly through the Dividend Reinvestment and Direct Stock Purchase Plan which is administered by EQ Shareowner Services. For interested new investors, the minimum purchase amount for an initial cash investment is $100 and the maximum limit for initial cash investments is $20,000. For Plan participants, the minimum subsequent purchase amount for optional cash payments is $50 per transaction not to exceed $20,000 per month.

Can I have my dividends deposited directly in my bank account?

Can the company call/redeem my preferred shares?

Kimco, at the discretion of management, may redeem preferred stock as follows:

  • Class L Preferred - 5.125% On and after August 16, 2022
  • Class M Preferred - 5.25% On and after December 20, 2022
How do I replace a lost stock certificate?

Request affidavit forms from EQ Shareowner Services. There is a replacement charge of 2%.
